Where is your lab located?

Our products are produced in Europe & Canada, the company is based out of Arizona.

How does the Freedom Rewards program work?

Yes, you can. When you register for an account, you will receive a coupon code for 20 percent off your first Wall Art order.

We offer 30% off on studio sample Albums year-round. Just use the code “GETSAMPLE” to get the discount. You can order up to 5 sample albums per year. “Sample” will be stamped on the back of your album.

Do you provide marketing materials or sample kits to help me sell your products?

Yes, we offer welcome kits that include paper samples, guides, and a surprise coupon code. We also provide Standard and Luxury swatch kits that simplify the process of selling albums.

Have the prices recently changed?

Yes! We’ve reduced our prices by more than 30% on all our albums while improving our quality at even better prices. Once your account is approved, you’ll be able to access pricing.

What are parent albums, and how much do they cost?

Parent albums are exact copies without cover customizations. Prices for parent albums can be found in the pricing pages. Log in to your “My Account” section for more detailed pricing.

What types of paper do you offer?

We offer two main paper types:

  • Thick Fuji DPII Luster Paper (included)
  • Fuji Deep Matte Paper (available for an additional cost on the base price)

Cover Customization & Personalization

What cover options are included in the standard Forever Album?

Our standard cover options include Linen, Velvet, and Vegan Faux Leather.

Can I upgrade my album cover?

Yes, you can upgrade to premium fabrics like velvet, silk linen, or leather for an additional fee.

Is embossing or custom engraving available?

Yes! Standard embossing, cameos, custom embossing (available in different sizes) as well as spine embossing are all available with the Freedom Forever Album. 

Can photographers customize albums with their branding?

Absolutely! Laser engraving is free. Embossing has a one-time setup fee for each new design. After that, it’s included for free!

Do you offer swatches?

Yes! You can order swatches here. Our Founders Pack also includes the Luxury Swatch Kit (as well as some other awesome perks). Schedule a call to chat about your business + what we’re doing, and we’ll get you hooked up with an even better deal on The Founders Pack.

What’s the difference between laser engraving and embossing?

Engraving is included in the base price of your album and is a design etched into the cover using a laser! Standard embossing is included in the base price, while custom designs require a one-time setup fee (after that, repeated use is free). Embossing involves stamping the design into the cover material and potentially laying foil into the indent.

How do I use Freedom’s free Canva templates?

You will have access to our custom-designed Canva stamps! These are free to laser onto our Freedom Forever Albums. You can download them here. Head into Canva and type in your client’s names. When exporting, please keep the settings the same and export with a transparent background. Simply take that file and drag it into our ordering system.

Album Design & Features

What types of paper do you offer?

We offer two main paper types:

  • Thick Fuji DPII Luster Paper (included)
  • Fuji Deep Matte Paper (available for an extra fee on the base price)
How many pages can I have in an album?

The maximum number of pages depends on the paper thickness:

  • Thick pages: Max 80 pages (40 spreads)
  • Thin pages: Max 140 pages (70 spreads)
Are our pages cut or uncut?

Our spreads are completely uncut, creating one virtually seamless spread.

Do you offer a design service for album layouts?

Not currently! We recommend Fundy Designer for creating album designs. We put together a how-to guide on using Fundy that you can find here (there’s also a 35% off coupon we can give to you).

What dimensions are required for album spreads?
  • 6×6″ – 12×6″ (30.5 x 15.2 cm) | 3600×1800 pixels
  • 8×8″ – 16×8″ (40.6 x 20.3 cm) | 4800×2400 pixels
  • 10×10″ – 20×10″ (50.8 x 25.4 cm) | 6000×3000 pixels
  • 12×12″ – 24×12″ (61 x 30.5 cm) | 7200×3600 pixels

How do I rearrange my spreads when ordering an album?

Thanks to our amazing ordering system, all you have to do is drag your spreads around in the order you’d like. It’s super easy!

Can I order studio sample albums?

Turnaround & Shipping

What is the turnaround time for production?

Album Orders: Ship from our lab in Europe and we guarantee your order will be in the hands of UPS within 10 working days from the time you placed your order.
Wall Art & Print Orders: Ship from our brand new state of the art Print Lab in Ontario, Canada.
Turnaround Time:
Prints: 3 to 4 working days
Wall Art: 3 to 5 working days.
If we miss that deadline, the order is on us! That is the Freedom Print Lab Guarantee!

Is there a minimum order requirement for Prints & Wall Art?

To qualify for free shipping, there is a minimum order spend of $20 on all Prints & Wall Art.

How long does shipping take?

Albums are shipped from our lab in Europe via UPS’s expedited processes. Shipping takes 7-10 days, depending on location. We offer free shipping to Europe, the USA, and Canada. Drop shipping is included as well. International shipping is a flat $30.

Wall Art & Prints ship with UPS’s 2 Day Air Expedited option from Canada to the US and Canada only.

Do you offer rush production or expedited shipping?

We do not currently offer rush production or expedited shipping, but we are working to introduce this service soon.

Do you ship directly to my clients?

Yes, we offer direct shipping to your clients. All orders are prepared with dropshipping in mind. We won’t include any invoices or paperwork regardless of it being a direct to you or your client order. This service is free with a minimum order spend of $20.

How can I track my order status?

We’ll send you an email every time an order ships or gets delivered. You can also check your orders here

Guarantees & Policies (“Pinky Promise”)

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on albums?

We have a lifetime guarantee against any manufacturing defects!
That includes:

  • Wonky embossing or laser etching
  • Foil peeling
  • Bad colors
  • Any materials mixup we make
  • Loose spine or ripped cover

Anything that’s a production issue or unreasonable to happen—we’ll take care of it!

What support is available if I encounter issues with my order?

What does our lifetime guarantee not cover?

Damage and warping from humidity
Any design or order mistakes on the client end
If a photographer or their clients drop the product

File & Color Management

What file formats do you accept for prints?

We accept high-resolution JPEG files in sRGB color space. For optimal results, we recommend a resolution of 300 dpi, but a minimum of 200 dpi is also acceptable.

Can you color correct or enhance my images before printing?

We do not offer color correction or enhancement services as we respect the unique editing styles of our professional photographers.

What are the best export settings and file requirements I need to upload?

We recommend exporting images at 300 dpi in sRGB color space for the best print quality.
